The QMS in place at TSB Solutions has been registered since 1992.
While there have been many changes in the company and product mix in the
intervening years, one aspect of the company remains constant: -- TSB's
commitment to providing customers with the highest quality products and
services.
Our Quality Management
System is registered through QMI - SAI Global to ISO 9001 :2000 standard
since 12/15/2006 and is due to be updated on 12/14/2009.
TSB also has BABT (British Approvals Board for
Telecommunications) accreditation to
their production quality certification scheme
BABT PS 340.
TSB
applies the principles of Continuous Improvement to its products and
processes, and solicits input from its customers to ensure their
requirements are fulfilled.
Management review of QMS and employee training and involvement in all
aspects of its implementation ensure the ongoing promotion of our quality
system within TSB.
