It furthers TSB’s commitment to the paperless office by offering a unique and highly secure method to access, search and retrieve CDR data from your regular Call Accounting reports through TSB’s Web portal and export the results to your own PC. | |||||||

TSB Solutions’ remote performance metrics reports are available as a hosted services offering, NetFrame. NetFrame offers telecom managers all the benefits of periodic network traffic studies and element configuration reports without requiring an investment in tools, time, facilities or expertise. NetFrame reports help managers to optimize traffic and service levels, striking the most cost-effective balance for each facility type. |

TSB’s remote element monitor hardware is installed on customer premises equipment to capture and store the appropriate traffic and configuration metrics. These data are then polled and processed to customer specification into graphics-based reports and tables. When NetFrame subscribers login to their TSB Services account they can view/download the finished reports as HTML or PDF documents. |

NetFrame reports can be configured to display daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting periods. Managers can set performance thresholds for each network facility that serve as benchmarks against which actual service levels are measured. Where applicable, NetFrame automatically calculates busy hour for each facility/facility type. |

A TSB remote element monitor (REM) hardware unit is installed on customers’ premises to capture and report critical equipment and/or environmental/security alarms in real time. Critical alarms are called into the TSB Solutions’ services bureau and immediately forwarded to customers (or their designated service provider) according to specification – via e-mail, pager or ftp. |

TSB’s remote alarm monitoring service supports all leading brands of PBX/voicemail/network equipment and can also monitor PBX room security [door open/door close] and environmental conditions such as temperature and presence of smoke or water. The service can support distributed customer networks of unlimited size. Each location can be configured with unique notification parameters. |
