TSB Solutions Extends ISO-9001: 2000 Quality Standards Compliance

Toronto, ON, Dec. 23, 2003 – TSB Solutions Inc. (TSB) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed and passed a scheduled quality certification audit administered by Toronto-based ISO quality standard registrars, QMI.

 

TSB first achieved ISO compliance in 1989 and since then has retained and extended its ISO compliance as an essential aspect of its telecommunications hardware manufacturing business.  The company’s Solo family of Remote Element Monitors are used by telecommunications service providers around the world to maintain security and manage costs, service, performance and change in multi-vendor voice and data networks.

“This was not just another routine quality audit for us”, said David Kirwan, TSB’s President. “We have now successfully extended the scope of our ISO compliance to include the company’s design process and have also added the Information Services unit of the business to TSB’s registration”.

TSB’s CallCheck Information Services is Canada’s oldest cost allocation service bureau, providing telecommunications management reports and hosted services to organizations across Canada.
